It can depending on your source water and whether or not you are monitoring your water chemistry regularly. Most “staining” is either from metals in your water or calcium over 400 ppm. Other factors regarding the stucco would be surface temperature, and how much water is actually dripping. you may need to tighten up your jets or other spa fittings.
